子宫背带式缝合在剖宫产大出血的应用体会

摘要

Aim To explore the application value,operational approach,and clinial effect of uterine brace suture technique in the treat rnment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. method Retrospective analysis was done in 14 cases of postpartum hemorrhage of rncesarean section underwent uterine brace suture,and hemostasis effects were also investigated. Result 14 cases were all hemostasis a rnchieved,persevering uterus,and no complication took place in 14 cases. Conclusion Uterine brace suture is one of the effective treat rnments for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section, especially for uterine inertia induced postpartum hemorrhage.%目的 探讨子宫背带式缝合在剖宫产大出血时的应用价值,操作方法,临床效果.方法 对14例剖宫产大出血病例采用背带式缝合术,观察其止血效果.结果 14例止血有效,保留了子宫,无并发症发生.结论 子宫背带式缝合术是治疗剖宫产大出血行之有效的方法,尤其适用于宫缩乏力导致的出血.
