MLVA技术在金黄色葡萄球菌流行病学研究中的应用

         

摘要

Aim To assess the rationality of clinical use of the human serum albumin(ALB)in patients by analying the clinical application of ALB for inpatients in The Third Hospital Affliated to Anhui Medical University during January to August in 2010. Method We reviewed and analyzed the utilization of human serum albumin in our hospital during January to August in 2010 according to the existing evidence in evidence-based medicine,the University Hospital Consortium guidelines for the use of albumin and the package insert of human serum albumin. Results Human serum albumin was used in 196 patients involving 20 departments,most of whom were critical patients. Of the total 196 patients reviewed,the cancer patients' number was the largest and the hepatology patients' number was the second. Human serum albumin was mainly used for low serum protein. Also the cancer patients' individual consumption was larger than other patients. Conclusion The application of human albumin in our hospital is far from perfect.%多位点可变数目串联重复序列分析(MLVA)是流行病学分子分型方法的一种,是依据可变数目串联重复序列(VNTR)的特征来达到菌株基因分型的目的 .目前,该方法已广泛应用于各种细菌监测.该文就该分型技术的基本原理、发展概况、优越性及其在金黄色葡萄球菌的分子流行病学研究中的应用进行了简要综述.
