动态牵开与静态牵开显露跟骨对切口皮肤影响的对比研究

摘要

目的 探讨动态牵开与静态牵开显露跟骨对切口皮肤的影响.方法 对2009年3月-2012年3月收治的64例累及距下关节面的跟骨骨折患者共66足进行前瞻性研究.根据不同的手术视野牵开方式分为动态牵开组(A组)和静态牵开组(B组),每组各32例患者33足.记录两组的手术时间和术后切口并发症发生率,并对结果进行分析讨论.结论 两组在手术时间和术后切口并发症发生率上有统计学差异(P<0.05),A组在手术时间和切术后切口并发症发生率上高于B组.讨论相比较跟骨骨折手术采用动态牵开,静态牵开能够缩短手术时间和降低切口并发症发生率,有利于患者的康复.%Objective To explore how the exposure of calcaneus throng dynamic and static traction influence the incision of skin . Methods Prospective study of 64 cases of patients enrolled from March 2009 to March 2012 with the calcaneal fractures involving the subtalar joint with a total of 66 feet was carried out. The cases were assigned into the dynamic traction group (A) and static traction group ( B group). Each has 32 cases with 33 feet. We recorded the operation time and the rate of postoperative wound complication and discussed the results. Results The two groups were statistically significant (P <0. 05) in the operation time and the rate of postoperative wound complication. Conclusion Compared with the dynamic traction ,the static traction could reduce the operative time and the rate of postop -erative wound complication , and it is beneficial to the recovery of the patients .
