Objective To establish content determination of total flavonoids and licochalcone for glycyrrhiza flavonoids suspension . Methods UV spectrophotometry and HPLC method was used to measure the content of general flavone and licochalcone .Results The method is accurate,reliable,and well specific without interference .Conclusions The method has been proved feasible through lin-ear relation,precision test,reproducibility test,and recovery test.%目的:建立甘草总黄酮混悬液中总黄酮和甘草查尔酮的含量测定方法,为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法采用紫外分光光度法( UV)和高效液相色谱( HPLC)法测定总黄酮和甘草查尔酮的含量。结果方法准确可靠,专属性强,阴性无干扰。结论通过线性关系、精密度试验、重复性试验及回收率试验等证明所建立的含量测定方法是可行的。
