目的：研究该院收治传染病的分布特征，为制定防治措施提供依据。方法根据2008年1月-2013年12月该院传染病的患病信息进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2008年1月-2013年12月该院收治的传染病人中占人数排名前五的病种分别为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、淋病、梅毒和感染性腹泻。同时，医院收治的传染病人数总体上呈上升趋势，其中病例数增加较快的病种主要是淋病和梅毒。淋病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒和感染性腹泻多发于20岁以后。流行性腮腺炎、水痘以及麻疹多发于婴幼儿。结论性病的患病人数逐年升高，在今后传染病的防治中应突出重点，有针对性地采取防治措施。%Objective To investigate the distribution of infectious disease prevention in the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City,and to design targeted measures to prevent infectious disease.Methods We performed a descriptive epidemiological analysis based on the data of patients with infectious diseases in the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2008 to Decenber 2013.Results The top five infectious diseases among the patients were viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,gonorrhea,syphilis and infectious diarrhea from January 2008 to Decenber 2013.Meanwhile,the total number of inpatients with infectious diseases increased during the five years,and the diseases which increased rapidly were gonorrhea and syphilis.The patients with gonorrhea,viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,syphilis or infectious diarrhea were mostly above 20 years old.And the patients with mumps,chickenpox or measles were mostly infants.Conclu-sions The number of patients with venereal diseases increases year by year,and we should take targeted measures to prevent infectious diseases.
