锯叶棕果实提取物治疗III型前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of saw palmetto extract on chronic prostatits(CP)category IIIA.Methods Totally 70 cases of CP were enrolled from outpatient in our hospital,and were treated with saw palmetto extract capsules for 6 weeks.NIH-CP-SI and routine examination of EPS were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results The cure rate was 14.3%,the alleviation rate was 70%,and total effective rate was 84.3%.No severe side effect was observed.Conclusion Saw palmetto extract capsules have the positive effects in the treatment of CP.It could be recommended as optional phytotherapy for CP.%目的：评价锯叶棕果实提取物对III型前列腺炎的治疗作用。方法选取我院门诊就诊的III型前列腺炎患者70例，口服锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗，治疗前后6周行慢性前列腺炎症状指数（NIH-CPSI），前列腺液常规检查，观察治疗效果。结果治愈率为14．3％，好转率为70％，总有效率为84．3％，未记录到药物不良反应。结论锯叶棕果实提取物胶囊治疗III型前列腺炎疗效确切，可作为选择性治疗药物。
