不同剂量艾司西酞普兰联合氯沙坦对高血压合并抑郁患者的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the treatment using different doses of escitalopram combined with losarta in patients with hyperten -sion and depression .Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into Group A ( escitalopram citalopram 5 mg/d,36 cases ) , Group B(escitalopram citalopram 10 mg/d,43 cases)and Group C(escitalopram citalopram 15 mg/d,41 cases).The occurrence of blood pressure,Hamilton Depression Scale and adverse reactions were observed .Results The blood pressure and Hamilton Depression Scale score in group B were significantly lower than that in group A ,and the complications were less than that in group C ,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).ConclusionEscitalopram(10 mg/d)combined with losartan has better effect on patients with hypertension and depression than the smaller dose(5 mg/d)and high dose(15 mg)groups,since it leads to more stable blood pressure control, low blood pres-sure,decrease of dizziness and other complications .Accordingly,it is beneficial to patients in clinical practice .%目的：观察不同剂量艾司西酞普兰联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并抑郁患者对疗效的影响。方法120例高血压合并抑郁患者完全随机分为A组（艾司西酞普兰5 mg／d，36例）、B（艾司西酞普兰10 mg／d，43例）和C组（艾司西酞普兰15 mg／d，41例）。观察记录3组治疗后的血压、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HDRS）评分和不良反应的发生情况。结果 B组的血压和HDRS评分较A组明显降低，并发症较C组明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论艾司西酞普兰（10 mg／d）联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并抑郁患者，抑郁症状控制较好、血压控制稳定、并发症少，适合临床推广。
