1S-2型深松整地机深松铲的设计

摘要

农村现有的拖拉机基本上都是中小功率的，与作业阻力较大的全方位深松机不相匹配。为此，设计了一种与中小功率拖拉机相配套的深松整地机。详细阐述深松机关键部件深松铲的刀头和翼铲受力情况和设计思路，分析计算深松机牵引阻力，旨在为机具的推广应用提供参考。%The current tractors used in rural areas are mostly of small and intermediate horsepower which do not match the comprehen： sive subsoilers whose operation resistance is normally significant. In view of this, a novel subsoiling and soil preparation machine is de- signed which fits the operation of tractors of small and intermediate horsepower. This article expounds on the load-carrying capability and the design of the key parts of the machine, namely, the cutting head of subsoiling shovel and its wing blade, and makes analysis and calculations on its tractive resistance in a bid to provide reference for the promotion and application of the designed machine.
