建立高效胡萝卜遗传转化体系的影响因素研究

摘要

胡萝卜是一种十分理想的生物工程受体植物,其农杆菌遗传转化体系已经相继建立起来。在综合大量相关试验、研究的基础上,分析影响高效胡萝卜遗传转化体系建立的主要因素,以期为该遗传转化体系的建立和优化提供参考。%Carrot is an ideal receptor plant for bioengineering. Its agrobacterium genetic transformation system has been established suc- cessively. This article examines the influencing factors in the establishment of the system on the basis of various experiments and studies in a bid to provide reference for the establishment and optimization of the genetic transformation system.
