中国肉类消费发展分析及未来展望

             

摘要

肉类消费是肉类产业发展中较为关键的环节。首先从消费量及消费结构方面对2000年之后肉类消费的基本概况进行阐述,并对中国未来肉类消费面临的机遇和挑战进行分析。在此基础上,对中国肉类未来消费趋势做出以下展望:肉类消费将进一步增加;肉类消费量持续增长将越来越依赖人口的增长;对品牌及高品质肉类的消费需求将增大;耗粮性猪肉消费量将减少,节粮性牛羊肉等草食畜产品消费量进一步增加;消费中心向农村转移,农村将成为未来肉类消费的新的增长点。最后提出了相关建议。%Meat consumption is a key link in the development of meat industry. This article illustrated the basic profile of consumption volume and consumption structure after 2000, analyzed the future opportunities and challenges for meat consumption in China. Based on this, in the future, China's meat consumption will further increase with more and more depending on population growth;demand of the brand and high quality meat will increase;consumption of pork fed by large amount of grain will reduce, consumption of beef and mutton fed by grass will increase;consumption center will transfer to rural areas, and rural meat consumption will become new growth point. Finally, we put forward some relevant recommendations.
