Based on the analysis of different thermal conductivity test methods for solid materials, a new method was put forward to test the thermal conductivity. The mathematical and physical model was built to analyze the new method. The measurement scheme was designed and the detailed error analysis calculation was finished according to this measurement scheme. The error analysis indicates that the heat lost on the boundary is not the main factor for the thermal conductivity test error. and the thermal conductivity of the standard sample becomes the main factor for the test error according to the standard sample comparison method.%在分析固体材料热导率不同测定方法的基础上.提出了一种新的高温隔热材料热导率的测量方法.建立了数理模型对这一方法进行理论分析,设计了测量方案并对测量方案进行详细的误差分析计算.误差分析表明:对于标准样本参比法,边界漏热导致的误差已经不是误差的主要因素,标准样本试件材料热导率成为测量误差的主要因素.
