聚丙烯腈基碳纤维高温处理过程中石墨微晶的生长

         

摘要

The formation of the graphitic crystal structure during heat treatment process of PAN-based carbon fiher was investigated, especially the crystallite size La was estimated by the method of Raman spectroscopy as well as wide-angle X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that with the increasing of heat treatment temperature, the regular hexagons layers closed to each other and the crystallite size grow up along three dimensions. The La value shows similar increasing tendency according to the Raman and WAXD analysis respectively, although there are some distinction between both methods due to the application of correlation techniques.%分别采用激光拉曼光谱法(Raman)、广角X一射线衍射法(WAXD)研究并比较了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维在高温处理过程中,石墨结构形成时微晶的生长,尤其是在宽度方向上的增长规律.结果表明,在所选取的高温处理温度范围内,随着处理温度的不断提高,在石墨层面间距不断减小的同时,微晶在宽度方向上的增长基本上呈线性.拉曼光谱和X-射线衍射两种分析手段均能有效表征石墨微晶及片层结构,但由于基本空间模型的不同,两者所反映的基本结构信息有一定差别.
