纳米胶体射流抛光技术综述*

摘要

Nanoparticle colloid jet machining is a new kind of ultra-precision machining technology. Based on the advantages of wide processing range, this technology is a promising manufacturing technology. In this paper, the causes and current state of the research of Nanoparticle colloid jet machining was introduced and the prospect and advice on the development of this technology in future were proposed.%　　纳米胶体射流抛光技术是一种超光滑表面加工方法，加工范围广，具有广泛的应用前景。本文回顾了纳米胶体射流抛光技术的提出以及目前的研究现状，最后对其今后的发展进行了简单展望。
