分析了外场故障数据的构成和性质,根据实践中经常出现的不完整数据类型,提出了一种数据处理方法,充分利用不良数据的有效信息,解决了传统处理方法对外场数据随机性的破坏和可靠性分布的影响.通过应用实例,对不同的可靠性参数评估结果进行对比,验证了方法的有效生和实用性.%The constitution and property of failure data in the field were analyzed and a data processing method was proposed according to the common types of incomplete data in the practice, which takes advantages of effective information in the had data and solves the problem that traditional methods might destroy the random property of field data and influence the reliability distribution. An example was shown to illustrate this method and it is indicated that the rule is efficient and is practical by comparing the different reliability parameters.
