空中交通需求量高的区域通常拥有两个或两个以上的机场,这些机场的进场运行相互影响.基于跑道和进场定位点双重约束,综合考虑终端区内最大可消耗延误、航班位置偏移等实际运行约束,以多个机场航班进场总延误最小为优化目标建立了混合型0-1整数规划模型,采用Lingo进行建模求解,利用模拟数据进行仿真验证,并将所提规划模型与FCFS的排序结果进行了对比分析,表明所提模型优于FCFS.%Metropolitan areas with high traffic demand are often served by a system of two or more airports whose arrival operations are highly interdependent.The constraints of the runway and the meter fixes of the metroplex,allowed maximum delay time in the terminal area,maximum position shift are comprehensive considered when we collaborative scheduling of aircraft during landing phases of flights in a metroplex.Under above constraints,we minimize the total delays of aircraft at the runway and present a mixed integer 0-1 programming approach to solve the arriving sequencing problem in the metroplex.The problem is solved optimally using Lingo software.Computational results of proposed approach and the FCFS sequencing techniques are compared for a number of test problems,which demonstrates that the results of proposed approach is better than FCFS to solve above questions
