The paper systematically formulated present situation of ERP usage by region and module. Although application rate standed at 80% , production management module was the weak link and bottleneck, which hindered realization of deep informationalization in manufacturing enterprises. Then existing problems were pointed out, including bad adaptability, weak ability of optimizing task sequence, separation of plan and control, weak bottom function, missing decision support data and great implementation difficulty for medium- sized and small enterprises. Specifically for hereof,APS was introduced,system integration of ERP and MES was implemented, ERP/APS/MES/PCS integration mode was designed for production management, and optimal countermeasures were proposed accordingly in order to deepen informationalization in manufacturing enterprises. Finally,advantages of integration management mode was pointed out, which consisted in adapting to the needs of the lean production, changing process plan scheduling agily, realizing meticulous management of intermediate goods, providing decision support data users need most, obtaining plan optimization ability and meeting business cost control demand. Now it was applied in a tyre manufacturing enterprise and gained satisfactory application effect.%系统地阐述ERP的区域使用及模块应用现状,虽然应用比率高居80％,但是生产管理模块是其薄弱环节及实施瓶颈,阻碍了制造业的深度信息化.进而指出ERP系统生产管理模块的现存问题,包括应变性差、任务排序寻优性差、计划与控制相分离、底层功能弱、决策支持数据缺失以及中小企业实施难度大.针对于此,为了加大制造型企业的信息化深度,引入APS,实施ERP与MES系统集成,设计ERP/MES/APS/PCS一体化集成的生产管理模式,提出ERP生产管理模块优化对策.最后,指出一体化集成管理模式的优点在于:适应精益生产的需要,灵活改变工序计划编排,实现中间品细致管理,提供用户最需要的决策支持数据,具有计划优化能力以及满足企业成本管控需求.目前已在某轮胎生产企业中的示例验证了满意的改进效果.
