In order to detect the fuel changes and monitor the performance of the aircraft engine during the flight,this paper which supported by QAR data ,introduces the variables of environmental factors ,models the partial least square model of aircraft fuel flow , analyzes the factors that influence the aircraft engine fuel flow,and establishes the aircraft engine performance anomaly detection model .The experimental re-sults show that the forecast data obtained from this model are tighter with the actual data .It has high relia-bility and accuracy ,and can be used as reference data for airlines .%为了监控飞机在飞行过程中的燃油变化及飞机发动机的性能,利用QAR数据作为支撑,引入外界环境因素变量,对飞机燃油流量进行了偏最小二乘模型建模,进一步分析了飞机发动机燃油流量的影响因素,建立了飞机发动机性能异常检测模型。实验结果表明,利用模型得到的预测数据与实际数据误差较小,具有较高的可靠性与精确度,可以作为航空公司参考数据。
