基于DEMATEL的空域扇区复杂性影响因素研究

摘要

Airspace sector complexity,which directly affects the rationality of the airspace structure,the balance of controllers′ workload, the scientificity of airspace operation, and the objectivity of airspace planning,is the main way to protect the safe operation of the route and improve airspace operation effi-ciency. According to the characteristics of the airspace sector complexity factors, firstly build the index system that influence airspace sector complexity,followed by quantifying the factors based the DEMATEL method,and then analyze the relationship between the various factors and the relationship between factors and complexity. Finally select the key factors,and puts forward some suggestions of airspace sectors com-plexity optimization.%空域扇区复杂性直接影响着空域结构的合理性、管制员工作负荷的均衡性、交通运行的科学性以及空域规划的客观性，是保障航路运行安全，提高空域运行效率的主要方式。针对空域扇区复杂性影响因子较多的特点，首先构建影响空域扇区复杂性的因子体系，其次利用DEMATEL方法对影响空域扇区复杂性的因子进行量化，分析各因素与复杂性的关系及各因素间的关系，最后筛选出关键影响因素，并提出优化空域扇区复杂性的一些建议。
