设计了一种机载光纤陀螺多路测温系统,系统以FPGA为核心控制电路,设计并实现了基于二线制恒压源驱动温敏电阻的高精度、低延时温度测量系统,分析了恒压源电路、信号放大电路、数模转换器电路、多路选择器电路以及跟随器电路的设计与实现,阐述了FPGA逻辑的实现以及软件驱动的实现.经测试和验证,系统稳定可靠,采集精度为0.1℃,满足设计指标和要求.%The paper introduces the design of a Multichannel temperature measurement system for AIRBORNE FOG(fiber optic gyro),the paper designs and realizes the high-precision,low-Delay temperature measurement system which is driven by two-wire constant-voltage source base on the FPGA,it analyzes the design and implementation of the constant-voltage source circuit,signal amplifier circuit,AD circuit,analog multiplexers circuit and follower circuit.Through test and verification it is shown that the system is stable and reliable,the precision of the system is 0.1 ℃,the system meets the requirements of the design specifications.
