随机扰动下的飞机路径恢复问题研究

     

摘要

针对引起航班不正常的代表性原发因素之一——机械故障进行分析,基于大量数据构建以最小化延误恢复总成本为目标函数,以飞机、航班和机场的时空衔接、流平衡等为约束条件,建立了航班时刻与飞机路径共同恢复的约束规划模型.针对恢复问题的特点和模型结构,利用基于Benders分解算法进行了实例验证.计算结果表明,提出的飞机路径恢复模型在考虑将飞机故障恢复时间作为随机因素的情况下,具有良好的实用性与有效性.%An analysis of the Mechanical failure,as one of the representative primary factors that cause the flight to be abnormal is analysed in this paper.The constraint planning model of flight time and aircraft path recovery is established to minimize the total cost of delay recovery,which is based on a large number of data,taking the time and space connection and flow balance of aircraft,flight and airport as constraint conditions.The Benders decomposition algorithm is used to verify the example according to the characteristics and model structure of the restoration problem in this paper.And the results show that the proposed aircraft path recovery model has high practicability and effectiveness in considering the aircraft failure recovery time as a stochastic factor.
