结合高度层分配的4D航迹战略冲突解脱

             

摘要

In order to improve the safety of air traffic and reduce the workload of controllers,conflict detection and resolution of the 4D trajectory in the strategic phase were proposed.According to the analysis of the conflict resuh,the model of strategic trajectory deconfliction were constructed,including flight level allocation and departure time adjustment.Tabucol algorithm was proposed and the perturbation analysis was estimated on the results.Finally a set of forecasting trajectories were presented as example,the simulation results showed this method can solve the confliction within the scope of the area effectively.%为提高空中交通的安全性,降低管制员的工作负荷,提出在战略阶段进行4D航迹的冲突探测与解脱.通过对具体冲突结果进行分析,建立了高度层分配和起飞时刻调整相结合的4D航迹战略冲突解脱模型.采用Tabucol算法对所建立的模型进行求解,并对结果进行扰动性分析.选取某区域内一组预测航迹进行仿真实验,表明两种策略相结合的方法可以有效解决该范围内航迹冲突.同时相较于单一的解脱策略,该方法成本更低,可行性较高.
