离散伴随方法在气动优化设计中的应用

     

摘要

针对工程问题中大规模设计变量难以进行快速优化的难题,在自研流场解算器(WiseCFD-UG)基础之上,发展了基于离散伴随方法的梯度计算模块,实现了目标函数对大规模设计变量的快速精确梯度求解.此外,结合FFD参数化、线弹性体网格变形,优化算法等模块建立了气动优化设计系统.运用系统对M6机翼和CRM翼身组合体构型进行定升减阻优化设计,结果表明:机翼表面的压力分布得到了显著改善,表面激波得到不同程度的消除或减弱.气动优化设计系统有效可靠,具有一定的工程应用价值.%In order to rapidly solve the optimization problems with large scale of design variables in engineering,a solution module for discrete adjoint equations is developed based on an in-house unstructured CFD solver(WiseCFD-UG).Combined with FFD parameterization and dynamic mesh technology,the aerodynamic optimization design system is constructed.This system is successfully applied to optimization design cases of ONERA M6 wing and NASA Drag Prediction Workshop(DPW)V Common Research Model(CRM).The results of the optimization cases show that the shock wave on the wing could be eliminated after the optimization and the drag has been reduced.Moreover,the results have shown that this method is of good feasibility and efficiency in aerodynamic optimization design and possesses higher utility value in engineering.
