区域多机场离场航班正常率特性分析

     

摘要

随着当前飞行量逐年增加,区域多机场之间运行关联性与制约性越来越强,航段及特定航路点等空域资源成为空域系统的瓶颈,导致每个机场放行正常率也受到周边机场的制约与影响.从机场航班放行正常率入手,通过数据挖掘技术,运用主成分分析、回归分析、关联规则等方法,探究机场放行正常率与造成航班不正常原因之间的关系,以及区域多机场之间放行正常率之间的关联性.研究显示,放行正常率与天气、航空公司以及时刻安排存在显著关系,且长三角区域机场放行正常率一直处在较低水准,每个机场放行正常率与区域内机场存在一定关联性.%With the increasing of air traffic,the operation between multi airports becomes more related and more restrictive.specific segment and waypoints become the bottleneck of the airspace system,resulting in that the flight punctuality rate of each airport is also affected by the surrounding airport.This paper starts from the flight punctuality rate of each airport,to explore the relationship between the flight punctuality rate and the cause of abnormal flights,and the correlation between the operation of multi airports The flight punctuality rate,by the methods of data mining,such as principal component analysis,regression a-nalysis and association rules.The study shows that the punctuality rate of release has a significant rela-tionship with the weather,airlines and time arrangement,and the punctuality rate of airport in the Yangtze River Delta region has been at a low level.The normal rate of each airport release has a strong correlation with the airport in the area.
