舒张性心力衰竭的发病机制和治疗进展

摘要

Cardiac arrhythmia is one of the complications after pneumonectomy. Hyoxemia,high cardiac irritability,pericardial and vagus nerve injury,old age,background diseases of lungs and heart are important reasons for arrhythmias. The common arrhythmias found after pneumonectomy are sinus tachycardia,supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrial or ventricular extrasystoles,bradycardia and so on. Because serious arrhythmias can lead to sudden death. So it is important to take measures to prevent and treat arrhythmias after pneumonectomy.%心力衰竭是临床面临复杂的慢性心血管疾病.随着人口老龄化的增加,舒张性心力衰竭的患病率逐步上升,严重影响老年人的生活质量及寿命,已逐渐受到重视.然而,现有的治疗方案尚不能改变舒张性心力衰竭患者的自然病程及结局.现对舒张性心力衰竭最新的发病机制及治疗进展进行阐述,旨在为舒张性心力衰竭的临床治疗寻找新的途径.
