钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ在窦房结中的生物学作用

摘要

Ca 2+/钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ表达在窦房结细胞中,能够在不影响基础心率的条件下调节应激时的心率反应,通过作用于窦房结细胞上的离子通道及细胞内的钙通道、受磷蛋白和雷诺定受体等信号蛋白调节窦房结起搏功能,还能感应钙超负荷、氧化应激和高血糖状态,影响窦房结功能障碍发展进程.现简要总结钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ在窦房结中的生物学作用.%Ca 2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinaseⅡ(CaMKⅡ)is expressed in sinoatrial node cell,and can modulate the fight and flight effect without affecting the basic heart rate.By exerting influence on the ion channels on sinoatrial node cell and intracellular calcium channels,phospholambin and RyR receptor,CaMKⅡ can regulate sinoatrial node's pacemaker function.Meanwhile,CaMKⅡcan impact sinoatrial node dysfunction progress via perceiving calcium overload,oxidative stress and hyperglycemia.This article will briefly summarize the biological role of CaMKⅡin sinoatrial node.
