棉/丙纶针织增强复合材料的力学性能研究

         

摘要

选用29tex棉纱和33tex丙纶,采用添纱组织的生产工艺,编织罗纹空气层和罗纹半空气层组织,并对这两种组织的力学性能进行研究。将制得的织物试样经过热压法处理,制得棉纱针织布增强聚丙烯复合材料,并对其力学性能进行研究。结果显示:在热压温度180-200℃,压强7.5MPa时制得的棉纱针织布增强聚丙烯复合材料比常用的麻/丙纶增强复合材料的力学性能更优良。%In this research two kinds of knitting fabrics made from 29tex cotton yarn and 33tex PP yarn were developed and knitted using milano rib stitch and half-milano rib stitch and by using the plating stitch production technology. After the knitted samples were treated using hot pressing method, the new composite materials were won using the cotton as base and polypropylene as intensifier. By researching the Mechanical Properties of the new composite materials, the final conclusion is when the hot pressure is 7.5MPa and temperature between 180 ℃ -200 ℃ the composite material's mechanical Properties are better than the composites material that was reinforced by using hemp / polypropylene fiber.
