柔丝混纺面料织造工艺探讨

摘要

介绍了柔丝混纺面料的设计技术规格、工艺流程及主要关键技术与创新点，阐述了产品设计意图与构思，对产品开发生产的工艺过程进行了详细分析、讨论，指出了生产开发过程中采取的主要工艺技术措施，总结出了适宜的生产工艺参数及设计最佳方案。结果证明，通过选用的上浆工艺及织造工艺，可以织造出符合设计要求的健康环保的柔丝混纺面料。%　　This paper introduces design specifications ,process and key technology and innovation of Rose-fiber blended fabric .It also describes the intention and conception of design .In addition ,it analyzes and demonstrates the process of development and production in detail .Besides ,it points out the main technical measures in the production process . Additionally , it summarizes the appropriate production process parameters and the best solutions for design .The result indicates that the Rose-fiber blended fabric designed by sizing technology and weaving process here can be an ideal garment which is the combination of health and environment .
