储存时间对机采棉和手采棉色特征、断裂比强度的影响

摘要

探究储存时间对机采棉和手采棉性能的影响.从新疆北疆棉区采集机采棉与手采棉皮棉样品,每隔半年用 HVI分别检测其各项纤维性能指标,并对检测结果得出的数据进行统计分析.结果表明:随着储藏时间的增加,棉纤维断裂比强度和反射率呈下降趋势,黄度呈增大趋势,机采棉的变化情况较手采棉明显.棉纤维长度、整齐度指数等其他指标变化不大.%In this paper,the influence of storage time on the properties of machine-picked cotton and hand-picked cotton is explored.The ginned cotton samples were picked mechanically and manually from northern Xinjiang cotton region.HVI was used to detect various fiber property indexes at the interval of half year,and the test data were statistically analyzed.The experimental results show that: with the increase of storage time,the breaking tenacity and reflectivity of cotton fiber decrease and yellowness index increases.The changes of machine-picked cotton are more obvious than that of hand-picked cotton.The length of cotton fiber and the uniformity index change little.
