双极性微弧电沉积电源系统研制

     

摘要

For satisfying the demand of micro-arc oxidation and cathodic micro-arc electrodeposition,a bipolar direct current impulse power-supply system was designed in this paper,which is composed of main circuit and control system.Main circuit is the one of two-stage structure,in which the fore-stage is three-phase half wave bridge rectifier circuit and its trigger circuit,and the posterior-stage is a dc-to-ac converter,including dc-to-ac converter bridge circuit,drive circuit and pulse wave pattern generator,which assured to get bipolar pulse wave pattern so that frequency and duty ratio can be adjustable.Control system uses double closed loop of the power-supply system,in which the inner loop is voltage loop,and the external loop is current loop.PI adjustment algorithm is used to implementation constant current and constant voltage control,and at the same time control system uses asynchronous serial communication to exchange data with man-machine interface.%为满足微弧氧化和阴极微弧电沉积两种涂层制备工艺的共同需求,设计了一种双极性直流脉冲电源系统,该电源系统由主回路和控制系统组成,主回路采用两级结构,前级为三相全桥整流部分,包括三相全桥晶闸管整流电路及其触发电路,输出连续可调的直流电压;后级为逆变电路,包括全桥逆变电路,驱动电路以及脉冲波形发生器的设计,保证输出频率、占空比可调的双极性脉冲波形;控制系统采用双闭环结构,内环为电压环,外环为电流环,采用PI控制算法,实现恒流、恒压控制.
