一种基于风功率预测修正的储能电池容量需求分析

     

摘要

风电场配置储能系统可以有效减小有功功率输出波动.在风/储系统的研究中,电池容量需求分析一直是一个热点问题.本文基于风电功率预测的电池平滑输出控制,以减小电池储能系统容量需求为目标,针对风电功率预测与实际风功率输出存在较大误差的情况,提出一种基于风电功率预测修正的分析方法,并且利用实际风力发电机输出功率数据及PSCAD仿真算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.%Many problems such as deviation and instability of frequency and voltage of the power system caused by wind power paralleling in the grid can be effectively alleviated with the energy storage system.Analysis of the optimal capacity of the battery is a key issue in the research of the wind/storage system because of its high cost.This paper proposes a method to reduce the demand capacity of the battery energy storage system (BESS) based on the amending forecasted power by analyzing the reason of large demand capacity.And BESS is controlled according to the amending forecasted power,which make the curve of change of SOC (state of charge) smoother.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method is verified by the actual wind generation output data within 48 hours and the simulation results with PSCAD.
