低温固化聚丙烯酸酯植绒粘合剂的合成

摘要

采用MA、BA为软单体,MMA为硬单体,NMA和AA为交联单体,OP和SDS为乳化剂,过硫酸钠为引发剂合成可低温固化的聚丙烯酸酯植绒粘合剂.研究了单体用量及配比、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量及配比、温度等因素对单体转化率的影响,确定较好的工艺条件.应用该粘合剂植绒时,100℃/6min固化,植绒产品手感柔软,各项指标均达到标准.%The title flocking adhesive was prepared by using methyl acrylate and butyl acrylate as the soft monomers, methyl methacrylate as the hard monomer, N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide and acrylic acid as the cross-linking monomers, OP and sodium lauryl sulfate as the emulsifiers, sodium persulfate as the initiator.The effects of amount and ratio of monomers, initiator amount, amount and ratio of emulsifiers and reaction temperature on monomer conversion were discussed and the optimum process conditions were got.When this adhesive was used to flocking, it was cured at storing temperature of 100 ℃ for six minutes.The flocking products had soft hand and every index had met the requirements of standard.
