高铁CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道滑动层聚氨酯胶粘剂的研制

摘要

A two-component polyurethane adhesives were prepared for slipping layers of CRTS Ⅱ ò slab ballastless track for highspeed railways.The influences of polylol functionality and molecularweight, rigid functional groups in the molecular chains, hydrophobicity of the component A were investigated.The results showed the tensile strength reached above 10 MPa and the elongation at break at room temperature reached to l00％,there was no foaming occuring when it was cured at hightemperature and humidity conditions, and it is perfect in bonding of concrete, high strength extrude plastic boards and polyurea waterproofing coating.%通过不同官能度、分子质量的多元醇的组合、分子链刚性单元的调整,以及A组分体系疏水性的设计,开发出专用于高速铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道滑动层的双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂该胶粘刑常温固化拉伸强度达10MPa,伸长率100%左右,高温高湿条件下固化不发泡,对水泥、高强度挤塑板、聚脲防水层等的粘接性能优异.
