磷型阻燃脲醛树脂胶粘剂的性能研究

摘要

研究了磷型阻燃剂(CP)对脲醛树脂胶粘剂的阻燃性能、贮存稳定性、pH值、固化时间、适用期的影响及阻燃机理.结果表明,CP阻燃剂用量为10%的阻燃效果和贮存稳定性最好.该CP/UF阻燃胶粘剂贮存期达40 d,固化时间和适用期均有所增加.由于CP阻燃剂的加入,在气相和凝固相起阻燃作用,阻燃效果显著.%This paper studied the effects of phosphorous-containing flame retardant on flame retardant performance,storage stability,pH value,curing time,pot life and flame retardation mechanism of the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive.The results showed that the optimal content of fire retardant-CP was 10％,in this time the adhesive had the best flame-retardant efficiency and storage stability. The storage time of the flame retarding urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive can reach 40 days. The curing time and the pot life of the adhesive were both increased. The flame-retarding effect ofCP/UF adhesive was remarkable owing to the synergistic affects of flame retarding in the condensed phase and gas phase.
