纳米苯丙阳离子乳液型纸张表面施胶剂

摘要

In this paper,the nano cationic polymer emulsion of styrene and butyl acrylate as the basic monomers was synthesized by adding a small amount of the Gemini cationic emulsifier using interval feeding,semi -continuous and continuous dropwise adding methods.The cationic emulsion has good stability,solid content of 30% and low viscosity.And the emulsion was directly used for paper surface sizing agent,the sizing effect was good.It provides a valuable theoretical basis for the development of micro emulsion in paper sizing agent application.%以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为主单体,加入少量的自制阳离子Gemini乳化剂,分别采用单体半连续滴加法、间歇式加料法、单体全滴加加料法合成黏度小、固含量为30％的稳定的纳米阳离子聚合物乳液,并直接用于纸张表面施胶,施胶效果好,为开拓微乳液在造纸施胶剂中的应用提供了有价值的理论根据.
