A water-based acrylic adhesive (GH-5142) modified with polyurethane for plastic/plastic lamination was prepared by monomer pre-emulsion and seeding emulsion polymerization.The influence of the polyurethane feeding way,acrylic monomer tape and ratio,and emulsifier system was investigated on emulsion properties.The results showed that when the mass fraction of polyurethane was 2%,the ratio of soft hard monomers was 1.5,and the mass fraction of composite emulsifier was 1%,the laminated film property was the best.%通过种子乳液聚合和单体预乳化工艺制备了一种塑/塑聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液复膜胶(GH-5142).研究了聚氨酯加入工艺、丙烯酸酯单体类型、配比、乳化剂体系等对乳液性能的影响.实验结果表明,聚氨酯占乳液总量的2%,软硬单体质量比为1.5,乳化剂用量1.5%~2.0%,所得复膜胶性能较佳.
