预涂型厌氧胶在紧固件上使用工艺的研究

摘要

In this paper,the surface condition of the fastener,mixing process,the drying temperature,the drying time, the packaging process and the assembly process have been researched,and so a optimal application process of the pre-coating type anaerobic adhesive for fasteners is obtained.%通过对紧固件表面状态、混合工艺、干燥温度、干燥时间、包装工艺、装配工艺的研究。探索出预涂胶在紧固件上的最佳使用工艺，甲乙组分混合使用机械搅拌，转速200~300 r/min，搅拌20~30 min，在70℃条件下干燥，视使用环境与紧固件型号决定其他工艺条件。
