低气味高强度丙烯酸酯结构胶的研制

摘要

This article described the preparation of the acrylic structural adhesive with low odor and high strength,and analyzed the influence of monomers and flexibilizers on the performance of structural adhesive.After optimizing the adhesive has the shear tensile strength of 23.47 Mpa and the fixing time of 5-10 minutes.%制备了一种低气味高强度快速固化丙烯酸酯结构胶。研究了不同单体、增韧剂等对结构胶性能的影响。配方优化后的胶拉伸剪切强度22.8 MPa，初固时间：5~10 min。
