纳米SiO2表面处理及其对聚硫密封剂性能的影响

     

摘要

用硅烷偶联剂KH-590对纳米二氧化硅表面进行改性。考查了偶联剂用量、改性温度及时间对改性效果的影响。确定最佳改性条件为:硅烷偶联剂KH-590质量分数为5%,反应温度70℃,反应时间4h。并将改性后纳米二氧化硅用于聚硫密封剂中,提高了聚硫密封剂的耐老化和粘接性能。%The nano-silica surface was modified using silane coupling agent KH-590.The effect of modifier amount,modification temperature and time on the modification effect was investigated.The optimal modification conditions obtained were as follows:KH-590 content is 5%,reaction temperature is 70℃ and reaction time is 4 h.And the results indicated that the aging and bonding properties are improved by using modified nano-silica in the polysulfide sealants.
