常温自交联水性聚氨酯的合成及应用

摘要

以聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,以乙醇为溶剂,实现亚硫酸氢钠对异氰酸酯的良好封闭.采用外乳化法制得封端型水性聚氨酯.在溶剂不变的情况下,研究了-NCO/-OH(R值)、盐量及溶剂量等因素对乳液性能的影响；以水性聚氨酯为交联剂用于涂料印花,能显著提高棉织物的耐湿摩擦牢度.%Using polyether polyols and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as the main raw materials,ethanol as the solvent and sodium bisulfite as the blocking agent,the water soluble blocked polyurethane was prepared by external emusifying.Under the condition of constant solvent,the effect of ratio of n(-NCO)/n(-OH),equivalent ratio of salt and solvent content on the properties of emulsion was studied.The blocked water-borne polyurethane as the cross-linker was applied in pigment printing,which can raise the wet-rubbing fastness of cotton fabric.
