以乳糖代替甲醛与苯酚在近临界水中反应,合成了一种不用甲醛,却类似于酚醛树脂的环保型胶粘剂.在单因素实验基础上以产物黏度作为考查指标,采用响应面优化法对乳糖苯酚树脂的合成条件进行了优化,得到合成的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度189.5℃,物料比5:1,反应时间16.3 min,催化剂用量2.16%,在此条件下理论预测产物黏度最大,为131.4mPa·s,实验值与理论值基本相符.%In this paper, an environmentally friendly lactose-phenol resin adhesive was prepared using lactose instead of formaldehyde in near-critical water. The viscosity was used as an index to investigate and optimize the reaction conditions by the single factor experiment and response surface methodology (RSM).Finally, the optimum conditions of the reaction process were gained: the reaction temperature is 189.5℃, the molar ratio of lactose and phenol is 5:1, the reaction time is 16.3 min, and the catalyst amount is 2.16%. Under these conditions, the theoretical viscosity of the product is 131.4 mPa · s and it is consistent with the measured value.
