以乙氧化双酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯(BPA2EODPT 、环氧丙烯酸酯(EA 和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA 为主体材料,BMI为耐热改性剂,添加SiO2等无机填料以及Span 85等表面活性剂,制备出油面粘接性好的耐高温厌氧胶。结果表明,以破坏扭矩、平均拆卸扭矩、油面粘接强度损失率为考查指标,当w (SiO2=4%~6%、w Span 85)=0.4%时,油面粘接性能较优。))))(%With ethoxylated bisphenol A dimethacrylate(BPA EODPT),epoxy acrylate(EA) and hydroxypropyl 2 methacrylate(HPMA) as the main raw materials,bismaleimide(BMI) as the heat-resting modifier,adding the fillings such as SiO and the surfactants such as Span 85,a high-temperature resistant anaerobic adhesive with better bonding on property to 2 the oiled surfaces was prepared.The results showed that based on the failure torque,the average disassembly torsion and the loss rate of bonding strength to oiled surfaces as the evaluation indices,the bonding property to oiled surfaces was better when the mass fraction of SiO was 4%~6% and the mass fraction of Span 85 was 4%.
