以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸等为主要原料合成了聚酯型水性聚氨酯乳液。研究了三羟甲基丙烷(TMP),二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),异氰酸酯基与羟基物质的量比( nNCO/nOH)等对水性聚氨酯耐水性能、稳定性以及力学性能等的影响。结果表明,当nNCO/nOH为2,DMPA含量为6%,TMP加入量0.6%,水性聚氨酯性能最佳。%A series of waterborne polyurethane latexes was prepared with toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyester glycol and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) as the main materials. The effects of the amount of trimethylolpropane(TMP) and DMPA and the molar ratio of NCO/OH on the water resistance, stability and mechanical properties of the waterborne polyurethane were investigated. The results showed that the waterborne polyuerthane had ideal comprehensive properties when the molor ratio of NCO/OH ratio was 2, the amount of DMPA was 6%and the TMP amount was 0.6%,respectively.
