聚丙烯基热熔胶的制备以及对铝板剥离性能的研究

         

摘要

以聚丙烯(P P )为基础树脂,通过与功能性树脂共混制备了与铝板具有优异剥离性能的热熔胶。讨论了接枝树脂(PP-G-MAH)、苯乙烯类弹性体(SEBS),以及尼龙6(PA6)对热熔胶性能的影响,并比较了热熔胶在不同温度下,对不同表面状态铝板的剥离情况。结果表明,当热熔胶中含有20% PP-G-MAH时剥离强度达到最大值,苯乙烯弹性体对提高热熔胶的剥离强度有所帮助,P A 6对保持热熔胶高温剥离强度有促进作用。%In this paper, the hot melt adhesive (HMA) was produced by using PP as the basic resin and mixing with other functional resins. The hot melt adhesive had excellent peeling strength to aluminum plate. The influence of contents of PP-G-MAH, SEBS and PA6 on the HMA properties was discussed. The peeling properties of HMA to aluminum plate at different temperatures and for different surface states were investigated. The results showed that when the content of PP-G-MAH in HMA was 20%, the adhesive had the maximum peeling strength, and SEBS improved the peeling strength of HMA and PA6 promoted the high temperature peeling property of HMA.
