轨道交通生产制造过程中粘接特殊过程的确认

摘要

As the new process and technology instead of the tranditional connection modes,such as welding,riveting and bolted connection,the bonding has already been an indispensable connection mode in the rail vehicle manufacturing.This paper introduced the advantages and disadvantages of bonding in the rail vehicle manufacturing and elaborated the validation procedure for bonding as the special process,which will be of great importance and have certain reference function for the standardized operation of the bonding process.%粘接作为一项新工艺、新技术,在替代焊接、铆接和螺栓连接等传统连接方式方面,成为了轨道交通车辆生产制造过程中不可或缺的一种连接方式.对轨道交通生产制造过程中粘接的优缺点以及粘接特殊过程确认的流程进行阐述具有重要意义,对粘接过程的标准化作业亦具有一定的借鉴作用.
