阻燃型双组分硅酮结构密封胶的研制

摘要

以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为基胶,甲基硅油为增塑剂,膨胀型阻燃剂为阻燃添加剂,纳米碳酸钙为补强填料,采用有机锡催化体系,制备成双组分硅酮结构密封胶.研究了物理力学性能及107硅橡胶的黏度、纳米碳酸钙的用量以及阻燃剂的用量对密封胶性能的影响.结果表明,其物理力学性能满足GB16776-2005《建筑用硅酮结构密封胶》要求,阻燃性能达FV-0级,属于环保型产品.%A two-component silicone sealant was prepares with hydroxyl terminated poly dimethylsiloxane (107 silicone rubber) as the base rubber,methyl silicone oil as the plasticizer,intumescent flame retardant as the flame retardant additive,nano calcium carbonate as the reinforcing filler,and using the organic tin catalytic system.The physical mechanical properties of the sealant and the effects of the 107 silicone rubber viscosity,nano-calcium carbonate amount and flame retardant amount on the sealant performance were studied.The results show that the physical mechanical properties of sealant can meet the requirements of GB16776-2005 "silicone sealant for construction",and the flame resistance of sealant is FV-0 grade,and the sealant belongs to the environment friendly product.
