EVA热熔胶膜的制备及在金属与陶瓷复合中的应用

摘要

In this paper,the EVA hot melt adhesive films were prepared with different EVA resins,and the effects of VA content and melt flow index (MFtR) value of EVAs on the tensile strength,heat resistance and adhesive properties of the EVA hot melt adhesive films were analyzed.The results showed that the EVA hot melt film prepared using the EVA resin with VA content of 12％～18％ and MFR value of 1.1～3.0 had the relatively best bonding performance in combining of ceramics and metals.%用不同的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)制备了EVA热熔胶膜,分析了不同醋酸乙烯(VA)含量、不同融熔指数(MFR)的EVA对EVA热熔胶膜拉伸强度、耐热性和复合黏合性能的影响.结果表明,以VA含量为12％～18％、MFR为1.1～3.0的EVA树脂制得的EVA热熔胶膜对陶瓷与金属复合粘接性能相对最好.
