对有机硅改性前后的环氧树脂(E-51)固化物进行了110℃、140℃和1 60℃下老化28d的热氧加速老化试验研究.结果表明,改性前后E-51固化物在110℃下的老化以物理老化为主,在140℃、160℃下老化时发生化学变化,在160℃高温老化时,E-51固化物表面相结构和交联密度发生变化;改性后E-51固化物老化后的质量稳定性较好,力学性能保持率较高,耐热氧老化性能提高,变脆的同时仍表现出一定的韧性.%The thermo-oxidative aging of the cured epoxy resins at 110℃,140℃ and 160℃ for 28 days was performed in the this paper.The experiment results showed that the cured epoxy resins before and after modification with silicone mainly appeared as physical aging at 1 10℃,however,chemical aging played an important role during aging at 140℃and 160℃.The surface structure and crosslink density of cured samples were changed when they were aged at 160℃.The cured modified epoxy resin had a better mass stability and higher retention of mechanical properties after aging.The thermo-oxidative aging resistance of cured epoxy resin was improved by modifying with silicone.All the cured epoxy resins became brittle while the cured modified epoxy resin still showed some toughness after aging.
