梳型接枝PVC的性能研究

         

摘要

以高级羧酸盐与聚氯乙烯(PVC)反应合成了一系列具有不同长度侧链的梳形接枝PVC.通过差示扫描量热(DSC)仪和万能试验机对接枝PVC的侧链结晶性能和拉伸性能进行了测试.研究了侧链接枝率和接枝侧链长度对侧链结晶性能和拉伸性能的影响.结果表明,接枝PVC的梳形侧链形成侧链结晶,并且接枝PVC的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均高于PVC,实现了PVC的增强增韧同步改性;侧链的接枝率和接枝侧链长度对侧链结晶行为产生影响,从而影响接枝PVC的力学性能.%A series of comb-like poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) grafted with different length side chains was synthesized with advanced carboxylate and PVC.The side chains crystallization and tensile properties of the grafted PVC were tested by DSC and electronic universal testing machine.The effects of grafting degree and side chain length on the side chains crystallization and tensile properties were studied as well.The experimental results indicated that the long linear alkyl groups crystallized,the elongation at break and tensile strength of grafted PVC were superior to PVC,as implied that PVC was strengthened and toughened simultaneously;the grafting degree and side chain length could make influence on the crystallization of side chains,so affect the mechanical properties of PVC.
