羧酸磺酸盐型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成及应用

     

摘要

Using the PPG200 polyether diol and polyester diol with molecular weight of 2000 (756T) as the soft segments, HDI and IPDI as the isocyanates, DMPA as the carboxylic acid chain extender, aminoethylamino ethanesulfonic acid monosaldium salt (A95) as the sulfonate chain extender, TMP, DEG and IPDA as the small molecule chain extenders, and TEA as the neutralizing agent, the carboxylic acid/sulfonate type waterborne polyurethane(WPU) emulsion with solid content of 55% was synthesized. The WPU emulsion film was characterized by the FT-IR spectrum, tensile properties test, water absorption rate and peel strength to fabric. It was found that the obtained product had the structural characters of WPU and it presented a milky white phase with blue luster and a viscosity of under 100 mPa s when the DMPA amount was 1.5 % and the A95 amount was 0.9 %. The water absorption rate of WPU film was less than 5% after immersed into water for 24 h and its tensile modulus at 100% of elongation reached 1.4 MPa. Its elongation at break was over 1 500%, its peel strength to fabric was over 5 kN/m and its Shaw hardness was 40.%采用分子质量2000的聚环氧丙烷二醇(PPG)和分子质量为2000的聚酯多元醇(756T)为水性聚氨酯(WPU)软段原料,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为异氰酸酯基原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为羧酸类扩链剂,乙二胺乙磺酸钠(A95)为磺酸盐类扩链剂,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP),一缩二乙二醇(DEG)和异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为小分子醇类扩链剂,三乙胺(TEA)为中和剂,制备出固含量为55%羧酸磺酸盐型WPU乳液.采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对合成的WPU胶粘剂薄膜进行表征,并对薄膜拉伸力学性能、吸水性、对织物剥离强度进行了测试.结果表明,所制备的产物具有WPU结构特性.当DMPA用量为1.5%,A95用量为0.9%时,可制备出黏度低于100 mPa·s乳白带蓝光的乳液.薄膜24 h吸水性低于5%,100%拉伸模量达到1.4 MPa,断裂伸长率超过1500%,织物剥离强度超过5 kN/m,邵氏硬度40.
