采用一步法将阴离子端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)分别与L-赖氨酸三异氰酸酯(LTI)和JQ1(主要组分为4,4’,4”-三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯)胶进行反应,制备出了交联型聚氨酯弹性体.测定了弹性体的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和拉伸性能,并用红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行了表征.结果表明,若阴离子HTPB主链中1,2-结构相对含量较高,则其弹性体的Tg较高;如果阴离子HTPB的分子质量较高,则其弹性体的拉伸强度较低,而断裂伸长率增加.%The crosslinkedpolyurethane elastomers were prepared by the one step reaction of anionic HTPBand 2,6-diisocyanatohexanoic acid 2-isocyanatoethyl ester (LTI) orJQ1 gum (its main component is triphenylmethane 4,4',4"-triisocyanate).The glass transition temperature(Tg) and tensile properties of the elastomers were measured and their structure was characterized using IR spectra.The results show that the higher the relative content of 1,2-structure of anionic HTPB backbone,the higher the Tg of elastomer;when the molecular weight of anion HTPB increases,the tensile strength of elastomer decreases,and the elongation at break increases.
